Sustaining Our Power
Sustaining Our Power
Today, students across Cornell are engaged in meaningful acts of leadership from earthquake recovery to community gardens, social entrepreneurship to interfaith dialog. A fundamental challenge for any young leader is how to sustain their passion and hope through the ups and downs of a service-oriented life.
The 'Sustaining Our Power' training is a new, transformative student leadership program designed for both service-oriented and faith-based students to connect with their deepest sources of power and explore how to stay connected to this power through challenging circumstances. Join us for an afternoon of hands-on community building that draws from outdoor education, leadership development, spiritual empowerment, and sustainable development.
Join us for an afternoon that will include:
* Outdoor experience
* Interfaith dialog
* Leadership coaching
* Shaping the future of this initiative
* Dragon boating
* Vegetarian Dinner
* Resource sharing
