Student and Youth

The Cornell Team & Leadership Center has a wide variety of programs for student and youth groups.  Most programs are 4-5 hours long - sometimes shorter, sometimes longer depending on what you are looking for.

Sample offerings for youth and student groups:

Light and Lively

Does your club or organization have new members? Would you like to speed up the process of people getting to know each other? Our icebreaker activities are short, fun, and tried-and-true over the years. This program can be provided at any location indoors or outdoors, including our Hoffman Challenge Course, and is usually about 1 hour in length.

CAU Summer Camp 2016

Take your Team to the Next Level

This type of program consists primarily of low element problem-solving activities- challenging tasks designed to address leadership, communication, trust, planning, and calculated risk-taking. There will be an opportunity for individuals to consider their role in the group process, and how these tasks relate to other settings. We recommend a minimum of a 1/2-day (4-5 hours) at the Hoffman Challenge Course.
