The Cornell Student Leadership Challenge module will be offered in a 3-session series this spring to help you understand exactly where your leadership strengths are showing up. It will also help you develop strategies to enhance those that you utilize less often. This model is based on Kouzes and Posner's work of the 5 Practices of Exemplary Leaders. During this module you will receive a full printed report that includes your own assessment of your leadership capabilities and direct input from others whom you ask to give you feedback, called Observers. These sessions are interactive, experiential, insightful and fun!
This series is being put on as a collaboration from the Cornell Leadership Educators Network, and sponsored directly by Cornell Outdoor Education's Team & Leadership Center with support from the C. Charles Jackson Foundation. Collaborators include the Public Service Center, The Student Leadership Engagement and Campus Activities Office (formerly SAO), and Cornell Commitment.
