Performance Rock Climbing

Performance Rock Climbing focuses on developing and refining your climbing technique. Our most accomplished staff will teach you about sequencing, dynamic movement, high angle footwork and composure, as well as training and mental conditioning. Classes are held on the Lindseth and Kay2 Climbing Walls. Belay certification and previous experience climbing are required. Attendance Policy: You may miss one class and still receive credit.

The Essentials

Prerequisites: Must be a graduate of a COE basic rock climbing course or have equivalent experience. Must have a desire to improve and a willingness to be an active participant in the class. Must be belay certified.
